Meditation & Awarness class

Happy to mention that we will be starting an awarness and meditation class on Sunday April 7th from 9:15-9:45.  No charge, but donations to The Dojo space will be gratiously accepted.  Konnie Nelson and myself will facilitate the meditation with guided breathing and awareness techniques.
 
By bringing awarness to our breath and stillness to our minds the answers to our questions will arise.

Have my first Groupon marketing blast going right now.  Have had a great response so far with about 100 Amma Bodywork treatment sold, and appointments filling up fast. Several people have mentioned that they are purchasing them as Christmas gifts.  Great idea!   Really looking forward to being super busy with this and hope that some of you will benefit and enjoy the treatment enough that you keep coming back.  THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!

YOGA YOGA YOGA   Tuesday mornings are my favorite morning of the week!  Yoga class with Mark Ickes at The Dojo is a fantastic way to start the day.  Building foundation, flexibility, fitness and focus are just a few of the benefits that I have reaped since joining this practice in October of 2011.  I try to practice for at least 15-45 minutes everyday to keep on the path.  This is powerful medicine for sure.  One of the things that I really like about it is it's not about comptition.
